Granted, she moved to Arkansas roughly 32 years ago, but even that generally isn't long enough for her to be considered a southerner. At least by anyone who lived their entire life in the south.

unless youre going to school here and trying to find a summer clerkship, which seem to have been saved for all the children of local attorneys, regardless of qualifications
