Boalt Scholarship Matching

OK, so I'm planning to send a letter to Boalt asking if they can match scholarships given to me by other T-14 Schools. Question is, do you think I should send this kind of letter by email or snail mail. Email is quicker and cheaper (if I went with the mail option, I would want to do priority or overnight due to time constraints). On the other hand, would mailing the letter look better as it is more formal? Unfortunately, a face-to-face interview is not an option.

Any thoughts? I'm sure many others are in a similar position...

Did you get their e-mail explicitly offering to match scholarships?  I believe they listed the T-14 except Northwestern, as someone had mentioned before.  I feel like fax would be best, as you need to include the offer.  Good luck!
