and im withdrawing.  gotta call up admissions so i can get my partial deposit refund.

i got a last second acceptance to brooklyn.  they're giving me 15k/yr, whereas miami was giving me none.  for me to turn down a 3rd school with a hefty scholarship over miami with no money would be just stupid.  in addition, i was never blown away with the area.  i just got back from NYC and loved the city.  i do eventually plan to end up in S FL...but maybe 5-6 years from now.

Did everybody get a postcard reminding us to send in our final transcript from our undergrad schools? I lost my postcard, so I'm just curious what the deadline is for sending in the transcript.  Thanks for the help, and I'm stoked to meet you guys soon.

Ryan, I went to my undergrad registrar's office today and had them send the transcript, but I think you're fine any time up until school starts but don't quote me on that.

So I got the health plan thingie in the mail today- it went up $200 dollars or so but I'm a little confused about why they consider it aqequate coverage- they dont really cover anything except basic basics like a physical and mostly stuff you can get from the health center at the school. God forbid I get in an accident and need to get a CT scan or something because they don't cover that.
Also, is anyone going to the pre-orienation event., Its this Friday I think. If guess you would already have to be in Miami to go.
