That's surprising.

Could just be that as a complete applicant they weren't sure about her.  URM is a strong factor, but doesn't override all other soft factors.

That being said, with a 169/3.63 I'm scared, even with real nice softies

He didn't receive an e-mail or status check update ???

I guess it's time for me to get back into my compulsive mail checking. This is torture.

Yea there seems to have been a lot of folks getting decisions without status-check updates

It just means I ditch more class to wait for the mailman
