SEO Applicant ID?

Has anyone here had to get letters of recommendation before their SEO interview? If so, how did you all fill out the "Applicant ID:" blank at the top of every page of the recommendation form. Was an applicant ID ever given to us? When? Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you fill out an app online? If so then print a copy and your app id will be on it

Doesn't it say the LORs aren't required unless you are selected for an interview?

Sweet!  Good luck.  I didn't know they had started offering interviews already.  I wonder if its too late to mail in my UG transcripts... hah!
