It's gonna happen.

You can vent here for today, if you'd like.

Well it's only 9:30 am here.  No rejections to report...but there's still time.  And as a hopeful romantic, I have to admit that there's still plenty of time for UT to come in and sweep me off of my feet with an acceptance and a full scholarship!

Ok, I'll just be happy with an acceptance, and I'd still be happy if they say it's a conditional acceptance -- conditional on being able to pay 2x the tutition of everyone else.  I'd still say yes.  And I'd be a giggling idiot the whole time.
It's been brought to my attention that boss is my favorite poster  :-*

I should call the admissions office at University of Washington and tell them my true feelings, maybe they'll let me in.

Anybody who's been deferred or waitlisted really dropped the ball if they didn't send flowers to the admissions office today.

I dropped the ball!  Man, that probably doesn't happen very often.

Last year on Valentine's Day I got in to a fender bender on my way to work. Oh, and my boyfriend (now fiance) was living out of the country at the time. It was a crappy day.

I hope my luck is different this year.

I got ZERO mail today. The mail truck just drove on by my house... I mean, I can't remember a day, EVER, when I havn't gotten mail. But for some reason, during the few months I'm more interested in checking the mail, it happens.

Man. What the heck. But at least no rejections!

Damn homie, postman pays you a visit pretty damn early.  Usually doesnt show until about 4-5 around here.

I feel your pain though.  Havent had anything at all the past few days.

Conversely, maybe some schools will accept you on valentine's day, and you would know that it really is true love!
