Is it possible to defer for a year?

Is it possible to defer for a year?

hey, since we're all getting in to schools these days, i was wondering if many schools allow you to defer admission for a year.  is it case-by-case?  do you have to be curing AIDS in africa to pull off a deferral?  or is travelling and learning a new language a legit reason.

thanks for the info in advance.

Depends on the school.  Many schools allow you to no questions asked.  Other schools want a really good reason or really frown upon it.  Do some searches for deferrals and see what you get.
