Are Image or Paper LS Reports usually requested to update a file?

Ok let's say that a particular school has a deadline of March 1st.  After I submit my application soon so that it's complete by the deadline, if I choose to send my February LSAT score (which will be released on March 5th) after my paper application is in, will the school opt for an image (PDF) law school report that updates the LSAT score, or will they typically request an ENTIRELY NEW PAPER LS report?  If they did this, it would take about two less weeks than if they decided to order a paper report.  If anyone has any personal experience about this or knows about this policy I'd appreciate it.  Also if anyone knows whether it's a generally done policy to request image reports to update a file or if it's a universally done procedure, I'd appreciate that as well.  Thanks
