A Little Late.....
« on: February 07, 2007, 09:04:50 PM »
I know this is a little bit late, but does anybody know where I can purchase a timer that I can bring into the LSAT testing site?  Obviously ordering it online would be too late at this point.  A franchise store maybe?  Help!!!

a stopwatch at wal-mart, you just need to open it and cut a wire to make it silent

I would advocate purchasing a non-digital watch (i know there's a name for them).

and before each section set the big hand to 5 o'clock and watch it go towards 12.

If you have problems finding a suitable timer, you could always just do what I did.  Set your watch to 12:00 during the minute break in between sections.

That rule goes into effect for the June test, but not for Saturday's test.

this whole timer thing is soooo bogus to me.  i wonder what's next?  no pencils?? they'll provide identical pencils on the day of the test, incase you plan to write notes on your pencil.  no extra articles of clothing? for those who plan on hiding a genius under there.  no shoes....there might be electronic devices in there.  no glasses/contacts....these people would have an advantage over the others.

you will need 6 forms of ID, including birth certificate, along with parental signature witnessing that you are who you say you are.
