What are some schools known for taking a lot of people off the WL?

Just curious in case I get some WLs... which schools are basically rejections and which do you stand a (good) chance?

I think the waitlists for Brooklyn and American move a lot because a lot of people use those as their safety schools.  Then again, that might be wishful thinking on my part...

i could be wrong, but the trend this cycle is to put things off until the last minute in terms of decisions. I wouldn't be surprised to see an abnormal number of people taken off of waitlists this year.

I have no idea what they are known for, but this year's wait list letter from GW suggests that they expect to take a significant number of people off the list.

I would think that schools in larger cities [like NYC, DC, Chicago, Philly] would be more likely to have movement.  Because lots of times people decide they want to be in a certain city and apply to many schools there.
