I applied as early as the schools would take applications. It just takes time. Pick up a new hobby or a PT job to keep yourself occupied. I can't wait until April when we all have a big-picture view of our options!

No shyte.  Around March or April (hopefully no later), we'll all be looking at these posts and laughing about how paranoid and neurotic we're being.  It's kind of hard to fight until then.  I got my first acceptance today, and I thought it would be a relief, but it just knocked it down from thirteen worries to twelve.

I applied at the beginning of December and haven't heard anything other than some "complete" notices.  I won't be checking my mail expectantly until next month.

I have heard almost nothing.

I'm waiting to get my DECISION from Michigan, due any day now...  if it's good news (every day that passes tells me it isn't), then I'm done before I even get started.

If it's bad news, who knows.  There are a few places that are holding out on decisions that surprise me.  Other places, I'm happy to wait until April, because I know that's what it's gonna take.

Anyway, it's been tough these last few days knowing a decision is in the mail and not knowing what it is, but ... otherwise, it's gonna be a long road, and I'm happy to be on it.  Fortunately, none of the other schools on my list have status checkers, so I'm gonna be surprised by every other decision.  Much better that way.

When did you apply? I don't think you can officially get worried for at least another month. This crap just takes alot of time. But I definitely understand the anxiousness!!!

Not hearing is better than a rejection, at least I keep telling myself that.  They must have some interest if they don't reject you immediatly, right?
