Weird UC Davis message on status check?

Has anyone gotten a weird message when they try to login before they can see their status.  Something about a message from the Dean?

I just tried logging into their status check site and mine says the same thing. I think they are just testing out how to input notes for applicants when they log-in. It's probably a new thing, which is why that weird message is popping up.
