McGill?

Anyone know when McGill started sending decisions last year? Are they really available on Minerva before they mail them?

I tried to find this in the archive but am having no luck...

I know that the website says they make their first admissions decisions in late January, but I'm hoping to find out if this is historically the case. Also, any idea if they go in order or completeness or do autoadmits first or by category (Univesity, Mature, etc) or what?

You'll find plenty of 'neurotic' friends at www.lawstudents.ca (see the McGill board)... your status is changed on Minerva before you get notice in the mail, so you're justified in checking Minerva multiple times a day And it looks like they've already sent out a few acceptances.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it odd / irritating that McGill law takes until mid february to start sending out acceptances (save perhaps one or two applicants who get in earlier)?

Just something about McGill's unwillingness to update their admissions practices. They are still rooted in the past. nothing we can do.
