So, that's what I've been thinking about.  I think the antitrust division started making a stink about the Google/Apple thing (no employee poaching) because they're gearing up for this.

The FCC obviously isn't the AD of the DOJ, but I think this i the beginning.

So, after my hour-long cold call in Civ Pro, I have a question for tomorrow's ConLaw.

If one is deemed a non-citizen of a particular state (say, Missouri) should they then attempt to sue the defendant in his jurisdiction (New York) or seek a federal court due to diversity?  Can non-citizens sue citizens?  Could they in 1857?

I'm pretty impressed that you guys start con law so early.  It always seemed to me that you should have a bunch of legal theory (not that you don't) to back it up before jumping in.  For instance, I would have had none.  And it would have sucked.

Non-citizens can sue citizens (as far as I know.)  And (also as far as I know) citizenry has very little to do with jurisdiction, although might reflect more strongly when considering venue.
