Which prof?

I'm having problems with Michael Kaufman.

OMG, I love him!  Astro points for Michael Kaufman!

He WAS funny!
I am enjoying him!

From the SFLSD vault:

::misses Roger Schechter already, big time, dudes::

And I still do.  He's coming back for domestic relations on the last day.

I'm pretty excited about the new options on emusic!

Me too!

Why did goalie congratulate Wally?  I looked on the social networking website, but I didn't see anything relevant.

He got an A in a course he thought he bombed and finally realized that law school grading is largely random.

Big whoop.
I do not like hats.
I do not like them on bats.
I would not like them near cats.
I would not like them made out of mats.

He posted in here but then deleted. He was excited about doing well in a class.

Also, ACK! I suddenly have too much work! And of course want to work on the project that has the least urgent deadline.

Let me show you Derelicte. It is a fashion, a way of life inspired by the very homeless, the vagrants, the crack whores that make this wonderful city so unique.

They're break-dance fighting.

Thanks, J and goalie.  Was it the one about which he posted in here, leading us all to tell our triumphant stories of undeserved As?  That's nice.  I still find it irritating that he spent so much time telling people what accounted for law school grades before he had any, but, you know, it's water under the bridge . . .

Also, ACK! I suddenly have too much work! And of course want to work on the project that has the least urgent deadline.

Oh, goodness, I FEEL YOU.  Maybe if you treat that project as a treat you get to work on when the others are finished?

That's cool how you referenced a case.

That's sort of how I've been treating cookies gin. But I could try to make it be the project instead!

It's your kind of stuff! Eff the police, and whatnot!

Power to the people!

(My stuff is totally the sexiest stuff.)

(Obvs.)

BTW, you guys should totally see this movie when it comes to a theater near you and/or is released on DVD.

I want to argue that it's not random, that it can't be because some people do consistently well, but I find that no matter how many issues you thought you spotted, and how well you analyzed them, the final grade is pretty much random.

thanks for the thanks.  armed with this insight, I go on to 2L.

Logically, some people could consistently do well even if it is random. They're just repeatedly lucky. The sample size is kinda small.

I am personally glad that you have seen the light. There are two reasons to study: 1) stave off panic attacks mid-test when omg you actually don't know the material straight up; 2) avoid feeling bad and self-castigating after exam but before grades are released.

RANDOM! Woo! Celebrate!

Also today I kind of figured out my class rank instead of working. It took f-ing FOREVER. I had to eHow weighted averages.
This sig kills fascists.

Saw dashrashi's LSN site. Since she seems to use profanity, one could say that HYP does not necessarily mean class or refinement.
