SFLSD: Oh! The inhumanities.

woot!  Civ Pro seems a bit different and, whatever it is, I like it.  Contracts may be the way my prof teaches it, or just that I like it more.  Both of my other two profs are a bit more economic-perspective-focused, so I would have thought that I'd like them more but, surprisingly, don't.  They're still great, though.

Civ Pro is great.  Probably my favorite first year class despite having a sub-par professor for it.

The economics policy perspective in law is ridiculously simple... just five or so very basic ideas, then apply to whatever you're discussing.  It gets repetitive quickly.

In short, it's COLLEGIAL here :P

So collegial in fact, that Cady would totally transfer to my school if it were practicable. They are just that friendly. ;)

Wait, are you telling her that she's wrong about how collegial her school is? Or just generally trolling for Mich being even more friendly? ???

The latter.  I'm sure she's not wrong.

eta: ... and, um, we could, like, totally outcollegial Mich.

That wasn't very collegial of you.  Especially not when contrasted with my statement above.

[shows off new leaf]

Also, Right to Dignity under the German constitution is one of the craziest legal principles I have ever encountered.  It is so wacky that I seriously have no easily articulated position on whether or not I even like it, as a general concept or how it's practically applied in Germany.  (Actually, I'm pretty sure that the latter will come to annoy me in abortion stuff in Germany, but still.)

dammit.
::fails Collegiality::

Well, we can't have that.  Do you want my collegiality outline?  You'd have to forgive the kool-aid stains, but . . . you know, seems like the nice thing to do.

i don't think that's collegiality you're excreting - have you had your kidneys checked lately?

I'm not really sure it matters - your dad likes it, and that's good enough for me.
