So I just got a call from one of maintenance guys. I guess one of my renters offed himself in the apartment with a shotgun. It’s been at least 3-4 days. He did not have the A/C on. In Phoenix. In June. I won’t be returning his cleaning deposit. Don’t get me wrong, its sad for the guy and his friends and family. But this is going to cost me a ton of money to clean up. People should have more respect when they kill themselves, its very selfish.
ty, but TP has a slightly quicker first step. ION, I just got coffee- saw this guy bend over to put a little money in a homeless man's cup and his sack of pot falls out of his pocket and into the man's cup. I love this city.
Also, I got tickets for the upcoming padres-giants series, and the person at the counter was like "these are against the padres." And I said "that's why I'm going!" And he was like "Oh, then you're more likely to see your team win..." It made me happy.
