I'll be in Chicago this weekend.  Woo.

I'm thinking about Boston in August.

Wow, really?!  :D

And what if I went to NYC instead?

I voted for berry and was promptly disenfranchised  >:(

I'm sorry my need to restore my self-esteem disenfranchised you, but I appreciate the support.

Vote for Gengis!
Juicy: UChicago

It sounds so reasonable when you say it.

I'm sorry. I said in the settlement agreement I'd never sit next to you again.

Should I take the train (SEPTA, tranfer to NJ Transit in Trenton) to New York, or Greyhound?

I think Greyhound is cheaper, and slightly more annoying.

I'm a freak magnet, so every time I've taken Greyhound I end up with bipolar wackos who are off their meds talking to me, despite my best efforts to politely ignore them. Trains don't have the same problem, in my experience.

So I was reading a back issue of Trial magazine, an issue about "the Great Outdoors." There was an article about the danger of ATV's, in which some douchesack wrote about the different ways you could go about litigating ATV accidents.

I'm not sure if a recent article I've read had gotten me so worked up. Dude wants to blame ATV dealers for failing "to provide required safety information, screen buyers for suitability, and correctly recall or repair a defective ATV," as well as having "the brunt of the responsibility for communicating safety messages and warning to consumers" falling on ATV dealers, despite the information contained in the instruction manual, which he contends is often "confusing" and "overwhelming."

Ugh. People like this make me absolutely despise lawyers and the bull they do.

Mmmmm...dollar signs...

Wait a minute...were you the guy with one lens in his glasses, who was scavenging cigarette butts out of the ashtrays? Or the gangster-wanna-be who kept asking if I had any weed, even though I told you I was a DEA agent, thinking it would make you go away?

Look, a settlement is a settlement. Legally binding. You don't discuss, I don't discuss. Say, you got any weed yet?

Oh, here I am in DC, being bored.

Yeah, well, I gotta be pretty bored myself to be visiting this place...just checking in to see if any of the old-timers were around. Not too many left, it seems.
