I voted for berry and was promptly disenfranchised
It sounds so reasonable when you say it.

Trains don't have the same problem, in my experience.

So I was reading a back issue of Trial magazine, an issue about "the Great Outdoors." There was an article about the danger of ATV's, in which some douchesack wrote about the different ways you could go about litigating ATV accidents. I'm not sure if a recent article I've read had gotten me so worked up. Dude wants to blame ATV dealers for failing "to provide required safety information, screen buyers for suitability, and correctly recall or repair a defective ATV," as well as having "the brunt of the responsibility for communicating safety messages and warning to consumers" falling on ATV dealers, despite the information contained in the instruction manual, which he contends is often "confusing" and "overwhelming."Ugh. People like this make me absolutely despise lawyers and the bull they do.
Oh sweet God - my first thought was of Torts.Someone please, please get me out of fun school . . .

Or the gangster-wanna-be who kept asking if I had any weed, even though I told you I was a DEA agent, thinking it would make you go away?
