Blech! No waiz! I like red meat okay and all (although I've been trying not to have it much), but my grandma thinks it necessary to serve steak AND ribs and biscuits AND potato souffle AND carrots drowning in butter, and then throw a hissy fit if you don't have four helpings of everything. Actually, she'll throw a hissy fit even if you do. She has pretty complicated feelings about food. I get pretty tense when I have no say over my food consumption. She means well, I know.....
I was a skinny little kid till I spent a couple weeks at my grandma's house one summer. Then I was overweight for ~13 years. True story.
There's no yelling or guilting involved, she'll just offer a new course or second helpings as many times as it takes to get you to say yes. Sometimes you hold out with three or so consecutive no-thank-yous and she still brings it out.
