btw Hmmm,

7 out of 11 people in your score range got in last year and  I doubt all of them went to Utah. I think you will get in regardless if I apply or not.

akudiya - wow, you really do have something different to offer at the U., that's impressive.  Thanks for the information.  I think I will do okay but don't want to be too optimistic!  The one thing I think may give me an edge is my work experience - I have a lot of public, private and non-profit (SLOC) experience.  I'm hoping that will offset the low gpa.

Anyway, good luck to you - I'm sure you can take your pick of many t14 schools!
