PBJT- it's just several people talking about their Michigan experiences, along with footage of the campus, all set to sort of weird, yet stirring music. I think it gets so much press because people's enthusiasm for the school really comes across in a seemingly genuine way on the DVD. Also, there is the fact that they took the time to put together such an effective sales pitch, while comparable schools didn't bother.

Also, got my Cornell package today! I wasn't sure it was real when I got the email, but now I think I believe it.
