I'm speechless.  I just saw a television commercial advertising "pay nothing for a year" options for cosmetic surgery. 

"Would you like to have your breasts augmented and pay nothing for a year? Call 1-800-560-LUNA!"
"Want a tummy tuck?  Call 1-800-560-LUNA and pay nothing for one year!"

Is anyone else apalled?  Maybe I just don't watch enough television.

They've been doing that for laser eye surgery for years.  Looks like the cosmetic folks picked up on it.
