SNUGGLE just bought one on e-bay for under $20 with shipping (media mail $4.50!) because SNUGGLE doesn't like being screwed by the law school and knew the old edition is better than the new edition they were selling for $90 at orientation.

No, except for some one spot from being carried in a backpack, I doubt this one was ever opened.  SNUGGLE did well on this deal.

DOWNY doesn't need one. When DOWNY sees a word he doesn't recognize he simply makes up a definition and then convinces the other students that he is right. Dumbasses.

It is a ten pound book.  SNUGGLE is sure DOWNY would enjoy dropping a copy off the roof of his apartment on homeless people living on the sidewalk.

DOWNY agrees. Now that his Torts book has been used for such purposes a new weapon is needed.
