Cell Phones

Cell Phones

I'm confused on what I should do...I've had T-Mobile for almost 4 years...but it doesn't work at all where I go to law school. I see everyone else walking around talking on their Verizon and Cingular phones... does anyone know if either of these companies is decent?

I don't really want to switch, but my boyfriend tells me it's dumb I pay like $50 a month for a phone I can't use at school, where I usually am about 10 hours a day.

I really know nothing about either company.

I had verizon for a couple years and was fine with it, I just switched because their coverage wouldn't work for where I was going abroad.

:D

I've had both Cingular and Verizon and they're fine.  I like Verizon better for coverage for my purposes-- we switched because Cingular kept f-ing up where my parents lived (in a relatively rural area, no surprise).

Haha...well he makes fun of me because I feel bad switching....I feel bad that T-Mobile would be losing a customer. I can't even tell if my phone's battery is broken or not, I have a Razr and sometimes it stays charged for days and sometimes it only holds a charge for an hour or 2.

I know Verizon is really good in terms of coverage...but I've heard that's everywhere except for the town I live in.

I have Verizon and I like it. It works well in my basement and other areas unlike Cingular.

You know, I was just thinking about cell phones last night.  Isnít better to refer to them as mobile phones?  The first name is tied to a specific technology whereas the second name refers more to a general function.

I was driving to the store...listening to Bach's French suites.
