Recommender contact info changed after recommendation

One of my recommenders sent my LOR to LSAC two weeks ago.  Earlier this week he was fired from his job, so the contact and employment info on the letter is no longer valid.  How should I handle this?

on the extremely oft chance that a school tries to contact him , someone will tell them that he no longer works there and how they can contact him.
