Hats off.  While I'm bottom-dwelling but still improving, you people that jumped significantly (laxlaw, etc.) deserve a cold beer.  What a way to really increase your marketability.  Good job.

Lax, where you from in the Midwest?  Mizzou should be a good fit for your scores, depending on which undergrad you attended.  The LSAT should get you some bucks, too.

+11...155 to 166!  I used the Powerscore LRB, LGB, and all three LSAT Preptest books.  I worked through the Bibles, then worked through the "oldest" LSAT Preptest book without any time expectations, did the "middle" Preptest book timing myself per page or two pages, and, finally, did the last book all as simulated tests.  I started the process in June and studying about 2-3 times per week.   I also chilled out tremendously during the test, despite a stress induced migraine the morning of.

I decided not to write an addendum for the first score.  I don't really have a very good reason other than not being completely prepared the first time which isn't exactly a great thing to say.

Many schools require an addendum though, don't they?  Am I mistaken?

I went from a 154 to a 163, and am very happy with my score.

166 to 173.

I relaxed in a MAJOR way.  I took a testmasters course.  I hate to say this given the Van Ee situation, but I really visualized myself doing well on the test.  Did NOT visualize the problems before I answered them, but I did picture myself calmly going through each section of the test and doing well.  it helped, zen-style.

Seems that there are a ton of ppl who had a significant score increase (congrats to everyone!). Anyone planning on writing an addendum to explain the score increase? I pray to God the adcomms ignore my previous score...
