Is this an OK topic for my PS?
« on: September 03, 2004, 12:11:07 PM »
I was going to start off comparing the similarities between computer programming and the field of law.  This would lead into why I want to get into law, and my background.  I figured this may be *somewhat* unique.. but was just curious what you all thought?

Oh and when I mentioned similarities, I was referring to the analytical aspect of both.

You're probably right.  I'm just kind of brainstorming and that is one of the first things that came to mind of course.   ;)

Just start writing and then send in whatever you end up with.  Its a free-for-all baby!
You better check yourself before you wreck yourself.

You could do it that way...you'd just want to make it more personalized.  Describe not just CS in general, but what specific parts about CS you enjoy the most, what parts you don't enjoy and why you think law is a better application of your analytical skills than CS...as long as you make it unique to your given situation, it can be fine.
