Washington and Lee acceptance
« on: December 18, 2006, 11:36:37 AM »
Got my acceptance into W&L today - dated Dec 14. Came in a small white envelope with one page letter. Asked me to inform them if I was interested in being considered for an Honor Scholarship via email before Jan 10.

Well I'm not worried about W+L because based on the completion notice they sent, I'm in: "Though we realize it may be of little comfort as you wait for a decision, we assure you that in no news is, indeed, good news."

I submitted in, um, October. Two months = sure acceptance, right?

Congratulations!  Funny you have to tell them if you are interested in a scholarship -- who wouldn't be?

I'm still trying to figure out when my school will dig up my UG record and send the required Deans Certification...

Yeah I found that odd - all I have to do is email them apparently, no essay or anything else requested.

Congrats! How close are you to W&L? I'm wondering if something will be in my mailbox today too.
