Do you Number PSs Based no App Questions?

Do you Number PSs Based no App Questions?

so when a school asks for a personal statement in one of its numbered questions (like question 13: submit personal statement) are you numbering them in the electronically attached documents, or is titling them "Personal Statement" sufficient?

this is a rather spastic question in retrospect, so i guess it fits right in with this whole website.

For any desciplinary or conduct question I put the number, but not for the PS.  I made the PS the first attachment after the app itself, and wrote personal statement at the top, so I figured they would get the drift.
