Do the course...I don't believe in too much prep if you are not at the score you want.

From what I hear, your first test was 155...and then you retested four days later and scored 159.  This is good (and bad) news. (btw, what about tests after that four days, it says you've been studying for 2 weeks)

The good news is you might just be adjusting to the test and your scores will improve steadily (from just that) until you reach a level of comfort with it. A couple board members here started at 158 and made it to an average of 170 just from becoming familiar with the test format.

The bad news is that one test increase can simply be an outlier...and that your average hasn't changed that much at all (or is between 155-159).  You need 2-3 more test scores before you can truly validate your improvement.

it may or may not be necessary; it depends on you.  Although if you do a lot of studying, it might be sufficient for you to get a 165  ;D.
