Congrats! I've had my application in for a while, but I just wrote the Dec LSAT, so we'll see what happens in the new year . . .

I just received my acceptance this morning.  Is it normal that they require you to accept or decline their offer of admission by January 3rd?  That seems really soon, there's no way I will have received all of my decisions by then.

Grats by the way to anyone else who got in!  :D

IN!!!, I've been out of the country. Just found about it on December 31st, I got in my mailbox on December 28th. Won't be back in Canada for another week but must have everything in to UBC to book my spot by January 3rd. those UBC people are really tight on this point. I paid the deposit but won't be able to get the Declaration of Registration by the deadline. Hope I can still hold my place until further notice.

Ohhhh, 164 - 3.67 with UBC drops.

GRATS geo!  Montrealers seem to be doing quite well in with UBC. 

Don't stress about the deadline, I received the following email:

Hello,
 
By now, you will have received an offer package from the Faculty of Law.  Congratulations!!! It has come to our attention, however, that there is some confusion about the date by which you must notify us about your decision.  Your letter notes "01/03/2007" which represents January 3, 2007 but some may interpret it as March 1st.  Due to this confusion / miscommunication, we would like to extend the notification of acceptance deadline to January 31st, 2007.
 
If you need further clarification regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
We look forward to your decision.
