I went on the University of Miami law school website, and it had warnings and class cancellations posted.

yeah, i'm here now in broward.  all the schools and gov't and most places are closed today and tomorrow.  we think it'll hit florida def, but not quite sure where exactly.

This one is crazy because they don't seem to have any idea where it's going to hit. My brother is in West Palm Beach and works at a Home Depot there. He said they have had him working for like 2 days straight! People are going crazy for plywood and other stuff. Everybody seems to think that is where it'll start out, but basically all of Florida has shut down for the weekend. School got cancelled tommorow at UF and so did the first football game.

i spent the whole day putting up shutters at my house, neighboors house, aunt and uncles house, and cousins house.  im exhausted...time to crack open the lsat stuff and study, oh boy!

hey gators, take care of yourselves.  don't do the stupid *&^% we did in F'99 and have a hurricane party and wait for floyd to hit (to our "disappointment" it never hit)
