If K is after H what can not be true
Answer: H is 4th

what can never be first or something like that

If H is fourth what must be true
N comes before L?

If H is fourth what cannot be true
L is before K?

Im pretty sure I remember your 5 and 6 being the answers, not the questions. And they were both C.

One of them was something like if K is after H or if K is fifth, what CANNOT be true. The answer was H is fourth (since only K, J, N could come before H).

I remember having 2 answers as "H is forth". One was cannot be true and another one ?

Yes...same here, and I remember that they were both right after each other, both the same answer choice, and towards the end of the section.
Either #5 & #6 or #6 & #7. I'm sure it's one of those two.
