This year I brought in 77K in annual salary and 4K in bonus (damn reduced incentive payout and merit bonus) before government infringment or taxes as they say!

Last year I had 75K and 20K sign-on bonus, but taxes rent, and other expenses (furniture, car, clothes, family) and helping out family has eaten into a lot of it. But I put the max into a 401K both years that the company would match to a certain percent, so I'll get some crap when I am 65.  Also got 5K tuition reimbursement per year towards certificate (secondary graduate degree).

3 weeks combined vaca, personal & sick days a year plus any left over

40-50 hr work week

90K as a senior software developer.
35K as of July working in a law firm for the "experience" before law school. So far, it's not worth the delta in pay.   >:(

wow this thread is making me depressed

i currently make 7.50 an hour working part time at a convenience store on my campus.  i work 20-30 hours a week so i make a little over 100 per week.. considering i dont do much and get lots of free food its not too bad. plus, since im still in college and i have nice parents, i don't pay any bills right now or have UG student loans
she says she's tired of life
everybody's tired of something..
