This year I brought in 77K in annual salary and 4K in bonus (damn reduced incentive payout and merit bonus) before government infringment or taxes as they say!
Last year I had 75K and 20K sign-on bonus, but taxes rent, and other expenses (furniture, car, clothes, family) and helping out family has eaten into a lot of it. But I put the max into a 401K both years that the company would match to a certain percent, so I'll get some crap when I am 65. Also got 5K tuition reimbursement per year towards certificate (secondary graduate degree).
