well, law school always teaches you that life is one big tort liability.  My family is mainly doctors, and they pretty much evaulate any coughing for symptoms of a larger pathology.

My med school friends are nice, and only point out the "real" things for me.  But I'm sure they have a running commentary in their heads about how unrealistic the show is...

Done that already.  I'd actually got to sit in on a number of the crimminal trials that later ended up on law and order.

Law and Order will be one thing I miss once I go to law school.  I really like watching the show now, and it won't be the same once I start automatically picking it apart.

I have graduated from watchiing law & order to watching CSI.  The foresnic is more interesting than the bs legal drama.
