be more afraid or less afraid of lawsuits?

less.  you see them all the time, so you get desensitized by them

well, law school always teaches you that life is one big tort liability.  My family is mainly doctors, and they pretty much evaulate any coughing for symptoms of a larger pathology.   :D

i will watch law and order and critique the show for accuracy

after every episode i will write a detailed letter to the producers listing all the procedural errors and request that they issue an appology



ever watch ER with a doctor? my parents totally ruined that show for me.

My med school friends are nice, and only point out the "real" things for me.  But I'm sure they have a running commentary in their heads about how unrealistic the show is...

Done that already.  I'd actually got to sit in on a number of the crimminal trials that later ended up on law and order.

Law and Order will be one thing I miss once I go to law school.  I really like watching the show now, and it won't be the same once I start automatically picking it apart.

I have graduated from watchiing law & order to watching CSI.  The foresnic is more interesting than the bs legal drama.
