I think your best bet for both is a nice, big meal with alcohol that will allow you to get to sleep better.
Having taken the test twice, I can say the most importan thing before the exam is a good night's sleep - I took approx 20 prep tests to prepare for the thing, and I will say (as far as the Oct. test went) I would have sacrificed 18 of them to have gotten 9 hours of sleep instead of 2.5.
That's just my 2 cents.
