Actually, does that LDS stand for "Latter Day Saints"? I didn't know Mormons could be Democrats, either. You've just exploded my precious little world.

Yes LDS = Latter Day Saint. Harry Reid, Senate Majority Leader (Democrat) is LDS too. He goes to the same church building that I do in D.C. And, I'm not sure if I could survive in Waco either, so I'm not TOO concerned about sending a probing e-mail once I get around to crafting it in a not-too-snotty way.
