STCL has a history of not getting to their applicants until April/May.  Don't sweat it; it will come.  Good luck!  STCL has an incredible Trial Advocacy program.

I received an acceptance from STCL yesterday. Not my first choice but I am satisfied considering my numbers.

Yes, I am also going to a campus tour tomorrow.  If you don't go to orientation, I can fill you in.  It's a little easier for me; I live in Amarillo.

I know that someone else already said this, but STCL has a great Trial Advocacy program and the Director of Advocacy, Gerald Treece, is an incredible person and you can learn so much from him.  My sister went to STCL for her 1L and then transferred to Univ. of Houston and she really enjoyed STCL.  In fact, I think that she actually liked it better than U of H, but she won't admit it.

I'm trying for the following in 2005:

UT, UH, SMU, STCL

Got a good shot at UT (as long as I score on the LSAT what I am now in practice) and UH should be my safety school w/ STCL as backup in case I just totally freak out and turn into a pile of jelly and bomb the LSAT.

If i'm going to move to Waco, I might as well move to Utah or somewhere else out of state. I think my wife (and I) would go freakin stir crazy in Waco. You ever been there? Not exactly the best town Texas has to offer. Too big to be quaint, too small to be interesting, and too hyper-religious to move around comfortably.
