U of T doesn't requie LORs, so does this mean that OLSAS will be forwarding or have forwarded my material to U of T already?i have no idea, but i like to babble, so....i think if you send in your app, UT may receive it, then take a week or so to actually request your info from lsac.if your LORs aren't in, LSAC will forward them your app package as it is.if LORs are not required, you will be 'complete'i think, as your LORs roll in to lsac, they may forward them on to programs that have recieved your app package prior to the new documents received./but you are better off getting your LORs in before the program requests your info, because you may be evaluated and tossed into the reject pile before your LORs appear.
