I have always lived places with four seasons, where it starts getting cold in end of September, early October.  Now I'm in New Orleans, I finally got used to the warm weather, in fact I really began to like it, and then it gets firgin cold a few days ago.  But, still wearing the flip flops.

Houston

A great place to live if you have family here or you have your own family, but I'm not a huge fan.

Boston

Definitely recommend

Hip city without the pretension, never feel lost in the hustle

Things close too early, always feel lost on the one-way streets if you drive

Not everyone hates cold...and I don't make very much and I can still live in/enjoy Boston...you just can't live right on the common...but there are plenty of affordable neighborhoods

my cities are Cleveland, St. Paul/Minneapolis, and Philly. I'd recommend all three, depending on what you're interested in.
