Apply before LSAT scores?

If I go the old school pen and paper application route, will schools take/accept my application before I undertake the Feb 07 LSAT?  I am curious if they will throw me in the pile and wait for LSDAS to send my score or toss/send back my application?
I know that I am limiting myself by waiting till the Feb test for Fall 07 admission, but I am still gonna try and get into some of my first choice sKools.  I have checked the sKools that I want and they all take the Feb LSAT.

From all the advice I have heard, you should definitely apply before you take the Feb LSAT.  It's good to get the administrative process started ASAP, even if they won't review your file until later.
