PS quote.

I wanted to use a common quote that I saw in a law school essays book.  Do you guys think it would be okay to use it in my essay and base my essay around it, kind of like how it was done in the book?

No.  If you found the quote in a essay book about ps for law school, then if might be over used.  Another words, the quote might be over played, and might hurt your chances.
