I had similar #s to yours and from UK I got full-tuition first year with an additional stipend and half for the second and third (their justification for the half tuition was that they give out a lot of merit based $$$ after 1L). At UT I got 10K a year which was basically a full ride since I qualify for in-state (if you are married and your spouse gets a job in the state [doesn't matter what it is or when they get it] you qualify).
I don't know of anyone with over a 160 that did not get bumped down to in-state.
I think you should be set.
