When I was twenty I received a MIP for carrying three cans of beer from one apartment to another. I wasn't drunk and the police simply wrote me a ticket and sent me on my way. It didn't seem like a big deal. Now, however, I am reading the SMU application and it says that I am supposed to disclose any MIP and attach a sheet explaining it. Is this a major problem? How the heck should I handle it.
