3.44/159 Chances?

Pitt is my first choice & both LSAT & GPA are at the median.  Should I apply now to get the app in early or retake in Dec.?  What are my chances?

I think I could do better in Dec., but won't have a lot of time to prepare with finals coming up so I don't know it a retake is worth it.

Please advise.
