It's cool; I do it too.  Plus, I kinda buried it in the middle of the paragraph.

Can anyone remember a controversy-free year for the Olympics?

I agree that asking him to give it back is BS.... anyone have a different opinion?

Does anyone think that if the Korean had won the gold medal, and the US realized the judges scoring mistake (that the Korean should have been docked 0.2), the IOC would have asked the Korean to give back the medal?  Everyone would have called us poor sports for complaining.

Ooh, you bring up an excellent point!  I agree with you.

Interesting point!  It would give us some insight as to whether or not the rest of the world really hates Americans or not...  if there were any doubt left, that is.

Yeah, but almost all of them look like they're 12, even if they're 20.  A handful of gymnasts that are 20, and size not considered,  actually look their age (we had 2 on the US team, but I can't think of their names...the vaulter, and the girl that was team captain).

I think the vaulter was like 30 and looked 20.  Either way, any guy that gets sexually turned on by women's gymnastics is someone that I wouldn't leave alone with small children...
