I just got my LSAT score...

I am a mexican-american
3.35 GPA
167 LSAT


What do you think is the best possible school I could get into?
What about t14,t20 shots?

You have excellent soft factors (URM, WE, Credible GPA addendum).  I think you'll be strongly considered each school that you are considering.  Are you a lock for the T14? No.
