Gmail notifier is now my worst enemy

All day yesterday and now today I keep getting emails popping up from law schools because I'm registered for the NYC forum. Seriously. I can't keep seeing the word "law" pop up. Every email notification makes me jump. I never should have downloaded this thing!!!

yeah see, when I got my last score I didn't expect it to be right there like that.  I immediately freaked, lost my breath, and then cried shortly after.  I thought they would give me a link or something!!!

yeah you would hope, but no.  they just lay it on ya just like that.  No friendly warning or anything.  I didnt even pause before reading...

Can't you adjust your notification system so that you are only notified of emails that contain "LSAT"...that might reduce your stress a bit for today!

How nice of them. Good thing I know to mentally prepare myself before even opening the email! You would think that after all these years they would gain some class, but no.

Hmm... filtering the gmail notifications... interesting concept. I might have to look into that. At least I will be in class for the next 3 hours or so. Today = not a good day to be giving a seminar presentation.
