Does anyone know which law schools an abnormal amount of engineers/science applicants apply to? The schools with good IP programs will, but what about non-IP program schools?  Which law schools give engineers an easier time?

they'll all be easy for you.

I'm thinking the reading and writing won't be easy for you. The thinking and the managing the workload, you'll be able to handle that. That's the impression I get.
